What can you do with the Amberstalk hemp hearts?

You can sprinkle them onto porridge, yoghurt, salads, stir-fries, and ground them to a powder for baking bread, cakes and snacks.

You can also make your own hemp milk. (Coming soon: Amberstalk Hemp Milk Homemade Kit.)

Recommended hemp milk recipe:

1. Add 80g of Amberstalk hemp hearts, 500ml water, half a banana, 1 whole date, a pinch of salt to a high-speed blender. Top with lid and cover with a towel to ensure it doesn't splash. Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture seems well combined.

2. Scoop out a small sample with a spoon to test flavour/sweetness. Add more dates, salt as needed.

3. Pour the mixture directly into a serving container. You can strain it, by pouring over a large mixing bowl or pitcher covered with the nut milk bag.

4. Transfer to a sealed container (the glass bottle) and refrigerate. Can keep in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Enjoy cold (and shake well) for best results.
